 TIGPS was set up in a town Kanchrapara district of North 24 Paraganas.The school provides modern amenities to the students and has a strong support of infrastructural facilities such as well equipped library, computer lab, science labs, audio visual room , play grounds, swimming pool, canteen and so on. Along with a strong foundation in academics, students are nurtured in the field of co curricular activities e.g. music, dance, yoga, sports, swimming, art and craft as well as in the field of co scholastic activities such as quiz, debate, elocution, extempore, photography, journalism etc. Every TIGPian is imparted with the knowledge of ‘value based education’. ‘Analytical Study’ and ‘Critical Thinking’ are also the areas which are emphasized upon. The school also ensures that a sense of ‘social responsibility’ develops among the students. Visiting old age homes, orphanage, distributing blankets, educational aids among the nearby villagers are common projects that our students take up every year. A set of dedicated teaching staff members and administrative staff members are always involved in providing the best opportunities to the students of this institution. The most special feature of this school is ‘catering to the individual needs of a child’ with a strong base of knowledge.
